About Us

Our story began in 2017 in a small warehouse in Elizabeth Colorado. with a 10 gallon still and a plug in hot plate. We were trying to chase down a dream of creating an obscure liqueur from an old family recipe. To make this sweet treat, the recipe called for vodka to be used as the base spirit.

After learning how to make vodka, we bought a 100 gallon still and started making 100% corn vodka in small batches. The vodka was such a hit, we expanded our line by using our still and a gin basket to make our signature American Style gin.

As the years ticked by… and our small company started to grow, we started looking north to Denver for a larger space. In 2022, we sold off our original distilling equipment (but not the trusty old 10 gallon still) and moved our distillery to a 50’s era warehouse in North East Denver.

With the added space, we finally have the room to store barrels full of delicious whiskey. We have also added a brand new 400 gallon still, a brand new brew house, state of the art fermentors and even a dedicated gin still. Eventually our expanded facility will house a tasting room with indoor and outdoor seating.

We have come a long way from our humble beginnings, and for all of you who have supported us since day 1…
